If you are referring to Jeff Johnson’s “Free Traffic Getting SEO Plugin”, then it is quite different to Easy WP SEO.

As I understand it, Jeff Johnson’s plugin is essentially a plugin that bundles various popular plugins along with their configuration. It isn’t specifically for SEO, but the plugins that it includes can help with SEO.
